Welcome to PropLab ("PropLab", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), including proplab.bet and app.proplab.bet.

By creating an account, accessing, or using PropLab in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PropLab.

1. Overview of the Service

PropLab is a sports analytics and research platform that provides tools, statistics, projections, and other information related to sports performance, betting markets, and player analysis.

PropLab is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide gambling services, nor does it accept or process bets.

2. Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• Use PropLab only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create a PropLab account using your email, Google, or Apple login. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access or use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PropLab may offer both free and paid plans (e.g., Starter, Business, and Enterprise).

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via third-party processors such as Stripe, RevenueCat, or app stores.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
• Free Trial: Certain plans include a free month of the Business plan; renewal follows unless cancelled.

5. Use of Data and Analytics Tools

PropLab provides sports data, projections, and analytical insights derived from public or licensed third-party APIs. You agree that:

• Data accuracy is not guaranteed. Projections are estimates only.
• You will not redistribute, sell, or republish PropLab data without consent.
• You will not use PropLab data for unlawful or gambling purposes.

6. Third-Party Integrations

PropLab may include data or functionality from third parties such as sports APIs, authentication providers, and payment processors. These third parties have their own terms and policies. PropLab is not responsible for their practices.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use of PropLab for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering any part of the Service.
• Interfering with servers, security, or normal operations.
• Falsifying or misrepresenting account information.
• Infringing on the rights of others.

8. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content and data within PropLab—including algorithms, designs, databases, and trademarks—are the property of PropLab, LLC or its licensors. You may use PropLab only for your personal, non-commercial use unless expressly permitted.

9. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

PropLab aims to provide accurate data and projections but does not guarantee accuracy or reliability. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. All use of PropLab data is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PropLab is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropLab and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed $50 or the amount you paid in the last six months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm PropLab or others, or if required by law. Upon termination, your rights to use PropLab cease immediately.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date and post a notice on our site. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. By using PropLab, you agree that any disputes will be handled under U.S. law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PropLab harmless from any claim or expense arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

17. Entire Agreement
